摘　　要：目的:分析多疣壁虎外周血细胞的组成及形态结构。方法:应用Wright染色法对多疣壁虎的血细胞进行显微观察,并对白细胞进行分类统计。结果:多疣壁虎外周血中可见7类细胞,分别是红细胞、单核细胞、嗜中性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞、淋巴细胞和血栓细胞。结论:红细胞大部分为成熟有核红细胞及少量幼稚红细胞。白细胞中以嗜中性粒细胞最多,嗜酸性粒细胞极少见。血栓细胞含量较为丰富,有聚集现象。Objective:To analyze the compostion and morphological structure of peripheral blood cells in Gekko japonicus.Methods:Wright′s staining was applied to undertake the microscopic observation of the peripheral blood cells in Gekko japonicus,as well as the differential count of leukocytes.Results:The peripheral blood cells of Gekko japnicus were classified into 7 distinct cells,including erythrocyte,thrombocyte,lymphocyte,monocyte,heterophil,eosinophil and basophil.Conclusion:Erythrocytes were composed of most mature-nucleated erythrocytes and a few immature erythrocytes.In leukocytes,the number of neutrophils was the most while that of eosinophils was the least.Thrombocytes was abundant,and frequently appeared in groups.
