摘　　要：有针对性地开展了状态监测数据的频域分析,通过阐述频域数据分析理论,结合经验公式修正实际值,形成了一套适用于丁苯装置的检修策略,实现由计划检修向预知维修技术的过渡。Based on intentionally analyzing frequency domain of the status monitoring data,describing the theory of frequency domain data analysis and correcting the actual value through combining the empirical formula,a maintenance strategy suitable for styrene butadiene unit was formed to achieve transition from the planned maintenance to the predictive maintenance.
