摘 要:针对采用Zeuch理论进行多次喷射过程的喷油率测量时,燃油喷射产生高频振荡对后一次喷射的喷油率测量造成严重干扰的问题开展精确测量方法研究。基于Zeuch理论和微穿孔板滤波原理,研究了喷油率测量腔体和腔体内因高压喷油而产生的激波振荡规律,提出了内置滤波孔板的测量腔体。开展了内置滤波孔板测量腔体的三维声场仿真分析,对比分析了不同孔板结构对7000 Hz^9000 Hz噪声的降噪效果。结果表明该测量腔体最大降噪能力约为原装置的170%。同时开发了带有低通孔板滤波结构的新型喷油率测量技术,有效降低了高压燃油喷射所产生的高频激波振荡对喷油率测量精度的影响。Precise measurement method was studied to solve the interference of the injection rate measurement from the high frequency wave caused by the previous injection.Based on the Zeuch theory and the principle of micro-perforated plate filtering,the law of shock oscillation in the chamber was investigated,and a measurement chamber with the inner micro-perforated plate was proposed.The analysis of three-dimensional acoustic field simulation was performed for the proposed measurement chamber.The noise reduction effects from 7000 Hz^9000 Hz on different plate structure were compared and analyzed.Results showed that the maximum noise reduction capability of the measurement cavity was about 170%of the original device.Simultaneously,the fuel injection rate measurement method with hole plate filter structure was developed.The new approach is able to reduce the high frequency interference shock wave oscillation effectively in measurement chamber for fuel injection rate.
