摘　　要：采用文献资料法、现场观摩、录像分析、数理统计等研究方法,对2019年青岛全国游泳冠军赛男子50m蛙泳决赛运动员出发、途中游和冲刺阶段等技术进行分析。研究结果显示:1)出发阶段,奖牌组与非奖牌组出发反应时和出水距离均无明显差异,但在出水时间上具有明显差异;2)途中游阶段方面,在划水次数、途中游时间、平均划频、平均划幅、平均游速上,奖牌组与非奖牌组均无明显差异;3)在冲刺阶段方面,奖牌组与非奖牌组具有明显差异,并且两组时间差值达到0.23s;4)奖牌组与非奖牌组运动员的前后程成绩均呈显著性差异,并且发现50m项目的运动员在实战中均采用“一冲到底”的战术。By using the methods of documentation,on-the-spot observation,video analysis and mathematical statistics,this paper makes an analysis of the starting,mid-swimming and sprint stages of the men's 50m breaststroke finalists in the 2019 Qingdao National Swimming Championship.The results show that:1)At the starting stage,there is no significant difference between the medal group and the non-medal group in the starting reaction time and the distance to the water,but there is a significant difference in the time to go out of the water.2)In the stage of Midway swimming,there is no significant difference between the medal group and the non-medal group in the number of strokes,the time of Midway swimming,the average stroke frequency,the average stroke length and the average speed.3)In the stage of sprint,there is a significant difference between the medal group and the non-medal group,and the time difference between the two groups is 0.23s;4)There is a significant difference between the medal group and the non-medal group in the future performance.In addition,it is found that the athletes of 50m event all adopt the tactics of"rushing to the end"in actual combat.
