摘 要:以葫芦巴叶为研究对象,采用同时蒸馏萃取法,配合气相色谱-质谱技术(gas chromatography-mass spectrometer,GC-MS)系统分析葫芦巴叶中挥发性成分并研究其抗氧化活性。结果显示,同时蒸馏萃取法所得葫芦巴叶挥发性提取物为液态,呈黄色,得率为0.37%,具有浓郁的芳香气味且略带刺激性;GC-MS共检出23种化合物,包括腈类、萜烯类、酚类、醇类、醛类、醚类等。其中,含量最多的为苄基腈(42.914%),其次为(+)-4-蒈烯(11.749%)、桉叶醇(8.774%)、麝香草酚(5.321%)、2-甲氧基-4-乙烯基苯酚(4.582%)和香豆素(3.773%)等;对提取得到的挥发性物质进行抗氧化活性测定,结果显示,其总还原力、DPPH自由基清除能力、超氧阴离子自由基(O2-·)清除能力和ABTS+自由基(ABTS+·)清除能力与质量浓度均呈量效关系,但总体上,其抗氧化能力较阳性对照VC小。Fenugreek leaves were used as the study object,by simultaneous distillation extraction(SDE),and combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),analyzed systematically the volatile components in fenugreek leaves.The experimental results showed that the volatile components of fenugreek leaves obtained by SDE showed faint yellow,liquid,at a rate of 0.37%,23 compounds were detected,including nitriles,terpenes,phenols,alcohols,aldehydes,ethers,et al.benzyl nitrile(42.914%),(+)-4-carene(11.749%),eucalyptol(8.774%),3-methyl-4-isopropylphenol(5.321%),2-methoxy-4-vinylphenol(4.582%)and coumarin(3.773%),et al.The antioxidant activity of the extracted volatile substances was determined.The experimental results show that its total reducing power,its the clearance of DPPH,its the cleanance of super oxide anion free radical scavenging(O2-·)and its the cleavance of ABTS free radical scavenging,and the mass concentration are dose-effect relationship,overall,to compare with VC,its antioxidant activity's lower.
