摘  要:精密塑性成形技术按材料成形温度可分为热、温、冷精密塑性成形技术以及将热、温与冷精密成形技术结合的复合精密塑性成形技术。分别介绍了闭式模锻、流动控制成形、等温模锻、可控多向模锻和高速镦锻等热精密塑性成形技术的特点,温精密塑性成形技术特点,闭塞锻造、分流锻造和冷冲锻等冷精密塑性成形技术特点,复合精密塑性成形技术特点以及这些技术在工业生产中的应用实例。According to the forming temperature,precision plastic forming technology can be divided into hot,warm,cold precision plastic forming and composite precision plastic forming technology which combining hot and warm precision forming technology with cold precision forming technology.Features of hot precision plastic forming such as flashless forging,flow control forming,isothermal die forging,controlled multidirectional die forging and high-speed forging,features of warm precision plastic forming,features of cold precision forming such as enclosed forging,shunt forging,cold punch-forging,features of composite precision plastic forming,and the applications of these technologies in industrial production were introduced respectively.
