摘  要:针对某一特定弧齿锥齿轮零件,通过Deform-3D模拟优化预锻件体积分配和分流形式,以降低成形载荷和改善轮齿成形质量。结果表明预锻件中心孔分流比模具分流腔分流更好地降低成形载荷,锻件宽高比为2时齿形填充效果最好,最后通过试验验证了优化工艺的可行性。In order to reduce the forming load and improve the forming quality of the gear tooth,Deform-3D was used to analyze the metal flow in finished forging and optimize the preforging shape.The results showed that the forming load of finished forging using a preforging with center relief hole was lower than that of using a relief cavity in die,and using preforging with a width-height ratio value of 2.0 could get a better finished forging.Finally,the feasibility of the optimized process was verified by experiments,and a qualified gear forging was achieved.
