摘  要:针对当前主要依赖于人工的模具电极加工程序获取和相关参数的管理存在低效率和高成本的问题,在分析电极整个加工过程中所涉及到的信息及其传输过程的基础上,对模具电极加工信息管理系统软件框架进行了设计。分别完成了系统的总体框架构建,利用SQL Server数据库软件完成了数据库的设计,利用html、css、js和Java编程语言,采用B/S软件结构,完成了模具电极加工信息管理系统的前端页面和后端服务器的开发,并实现了系统的业务界面和功能。该系统实现了根据电极编号直接下载加工程序、在线编辑下载加工程序,相关的电极、程序、加工参数信息的集中增、删、改、查等管理,有效提升了企业模具电极信息管理的水平。Aimed at the problems of low efficiency and high cost of artificial management on the acquisition of electrode machining program and the related parameters,on the basis of electrode machining process analysis,including the whole process information of electrode machining and its transmission process,the software framework of mould electrode machining information management system was designed in detail.The overall framework of the system was constructed.The database design was completed by using SQL Server database software.The front-end page and backend server of the software system were developed by using html,css,js,and Java programming language and B/S software structure.The business interface and functions of the system were realized.The software system can download the machining program directly according to the electrode ID.It also can edit and download the machining program online,and manage the information of relevant electrode,program and processing parameters in a centralized way.
