摘　　要：介绍了在分流挤压模中采用镶嵌结构的设计原则,通过实例介绍了4种镶嵌方法,包括螺纹紧固镶嵌法、整体模芯镶嵌法、子母模镶嵌法和整体上模镶嵌法。实践表明,这些方法适用范围广,可以起到简化加工、改善金属流动状况和延长模具使用寿命的作用。The design principle of mosaic structure in porthole die was introduced.Based on practical examples,four kinds of mosaic methods were introduced.It included the screw threaded fastening mosaic method,integral die core mosaic method,child-mother die mosaic method,and integral mandrel die mosaic method.The practice showed that these methods had a wide application scope and played a good role in simplifying machining and prolonging die service life.
