探析来氟米特与氯沙坦钾片联合用药方案治疗狼疮性肾炎的临床疗效与安全性

摘　　要：目的:讨论来氟米特与氯沙坦钾片联合用药方案治疗狼疮性肾炎的临床疗效与安全性。方法:择取某院2017年12月~2019年12月收治的90例狼疮性肾炎患者,以随机法将其分为对照组(吗替麦考酚酯与氯沙坦钾片联合用药方案)与研究组(来氟米特与氯沙坦钾片联合用药方案)各45例,评判对比两组疗效、治疗后尿液指标及安全性。结果:研究组用药后治疗总有效率95.56%明显高于对照组的77.78%(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后各尿液指标明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者用药后不良反应率的4.44%明显低于对照组的20%(P<0.05)。结论:来氟米特与氯沙坦钾片联合用药方案的实施可有效提高狼疮性肾炎治疗效果,且安全性较高,值得推广。Objective:To discuss the clinical efficacy and safety of the combination of leflunomide and losartan potassium tablets in the treatment of lupus nephritis.Methods:90 patients with lupus nephritis treated in a hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group(combination of mycophenolate mofetil and losartan potassium tablets)and study group(combination of leflunomide and losartan potassium tablets),with 45 cases in each group.The efficacy,urine indexes and safety after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate after treatment in the study group(95.56%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(77.78%)(P<0.05).The urine indexes in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(4.44%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(20%,P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of leflunomide and losartan potassium tablets can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of lupus nephritis,with high safety,which is worthy of promotion.
