摘 要:在杂交小麦的育种研究中,创制核质杂种小麦能够集纯系育种和雄性不育杂种优势2种方法的优点,拓宽小麦品种改良和杂种优势的遗传基础。应用荧光原位杂交和基因组原位杂交技术检测了8个K型不育系及其后代的染色体组成,结果表明,K型不育系材料除YM3和YM3B外,其他不育系材料均含有1BL/1RS易位染色体,且易位染色体着丝粒组成未发生变化;K型不育系材料杂交后代均产生比例不等的单倍体,其中,K-Salmon不育系杂交后代还检测到一定比例的双生苗。这些K型不育系材料及其杂交后代的细胞学分析结果可为揭示单倍体分子机制提供数据基础和研究思路。In the research of hybrid wheat breeding,combining the advantages of pure line breeding and male sterility heterosis can widen the genetic constitution of improvement the breed and hybrid vigour of wheat.In this study,based on eight K-type male sterile lines and their crossing progenies,the chromosomal composition and variation were detected by fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH)technology and genomic in situ hybridization(GISH)technology.The results showed that K-type male sterile lines contained 1BL/1RS translocated chromosome except YM3 and YM3B,and there were no changes in centromeric composition of translocated chromosome.Then,the hybrid progenies of K-type sterile lines produced haploid with unequal ratio.Especially,the hybrid progeny of K-Salmon male sterile line were detected as a certain proportion twin seedlings.Cytological analysis of these K-type male sterile lines and their hybrid progenies provides data basis and research ideas for revealing the molecular mechanism of haploid.
