摘  要:为比较低温下晋中地区不同杏品种的抗寒性差异,以晋梅杏、凯特、鸡蛋杏、金太阳为试材,4℃为对照,研究-20、-25、-30、-40℃低温胁迫对休眠期枝条相对电导率、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量和脯氨酸含量以及0、-2、-4、-6℃低温胁迫对带花枝条花朵中超氧化物歧化酶活性、丙二醛含量和脯氨酸含量的影响,并通过主成分分析4个杏品种的抗寒性。结果表明,随胁迫温度的降低,不同杏品种休眠期枝条的相对电导率、MDA含量和游离脯氨酸含量总体呈增加趋势,SOD活性呈先升后降趋势;4个杏品种花朵的MDA含量和游离脯氨酸含量均呈现上升趋势。通过主成分分析法得出,4个杏品种的抗寒性从强到弱排序为金太阳>晋梅杏>鸡蛋杏>凯特。休眠期枝条可以抵御-25℃低温,-40℃可导致树体遭受寒害;花朵在-2℃低温下不受影响,而-6℃导致花朵不可逆受损。To compare the difference of cold resistance of different apricot varieties in Jinzhong area under low temperature,Jinmeixing,Kate,Jidanxing and Jintaiyang were used as test materials and 4℃as control.The effects of low temperature stress of-20,-25,-30,-40℃on relative conductivity,SOD activity,MDA content and proline content of dormant branches,and the effects of low temperature stress of 0,-2,-4,-6℃on SOD activity,proline content and MDA content in flowers of flowering branches were studied.The cold resistance of four apricot varieties was analyzed by principal component analysis.The results showed that with the decrease of stress temperature,the relative conductivity,MDA content and free proline content of branches of different apricot varieties showed an overall increasing trend,while the SOD activity increased at first and then decreased.The contents of MDA and free proline in the flowers of four apricot cultivars showed an increasing trend with the decrease of stress temperature.According to the principal component analysis,the order of cold resistance was Jintaiyang>Jinmeixing>Jidanxing>Kate.The dormant branches could resist-25℃low temperature,-40℃could cause cold damage to stress.Flowers could resist-2℃low temperature,while and-6℃could led to irreversible cold damage.
