摘 要:鸡球虫病疫苗喷雾免疫是近几年球虫免疫的新兴领域,目前国内研究较少。为了研制可用于鸡球虫病疫苗喷雾免疫的稀释剂,以黄原胶和海藻酸钠为主要原料、甘油为保湿剂,采用正交试验,对各组黏度、黏壁率、失水率、沉降率进行测定分析。结果表明,在黏度和黏壁率测定试验中,黄原胶对黏度和黏壁率影响最大;在失水率测定试验中,甘油对失水率影响最大;在沉降率测定试验中,黄原胶对沉降率影响最大。综合助悬效果、保水性、黏壁率及原料成本、实际操作中喷雾设备的配适等问题,最后选取0.6%黄原胶和5%的甘油为初步筛选出的配方配比,研究结果可为接下来应用于喷雾免疫以及免疫效力测定等研究提供理论参考。Chicken coccidiosis vaccine spray immunization is a new field of coccidiosis immunity in recent years,at present there is litlle research on it in China.To develop diluents that can be used for chicken coccidiosis vaccine spray immunization,this experiment took xanthan gum and sodium alginate as the main raw materials,and glycerol as the moisturizing agent,orthogonal test was used to determine and analyze the viscosity,wall adhesion rate,water loss rate and settlement rate of each group.The results showed that xanthan gum had the greatest influence on viscosity and viscosity wall ratio.In the test of water loss rate,glycerol had the greatest influence on water loss rate.Xanthan gum had the greatest influence on settling rate in settling rate test.In the end,0.6%xanthan gum and 5%glycerol were selected as the preliminarily screened formula ratio.The research results will provide a reasonable reference for the following studies on spray immunization and the determination of immune efficacy.
