法治建设视域下高校非法校园贷治理策略

摘　　要：近年来,五花八门的校园贷款平台利用一系列吸引眼球的营销宣传口号进行非法校园贷,继而引发合同诈骗、泄露个人信息、非法拘禁和暴力催收等违法犯罪行为。非法校园贷严重侵害了大学生的人身和财产权利,干扰了校园正常教学秩序,在社会上造成极为恶劣的影响。分析非法校园贷现状,探究非法校园贷滋生原因,提出加强高校法治教育、加大行业执法监督力度和完善法律机制等治理策略。In recent years,a variety of campus loan platforms utilized a series of attention-seeking marketing.Numerous illegal campus loans have led to contract fraud,disclosure of personal information,illegal detention,and violent collection.Illegal campus loan seriously infringes upon the personal and property rights of college students and disturbs the normal teaching order of schools.That led to extremely bad influence in the society.This article analyzes the current status of illegal campus loans,explores the causes of illegal campus loans,and puts forward some governance strategies such as enhancing college legal education,increasing the intensity of law enforcement and supervision of industry,and perfecting the legal system.
