符为民从本虚邪实论治帕金森病临证经验探讨

摘　　要：目的:总结江苏省名老中医药专家符为民教授治疗帕金森病临证经验特色。方法:通过跟师学习,整理符师诊治帕金森病医案,阐述符师以“整体观念”为经纬,“治病求本”为原则,从本虚邪实论治帕金森病的临证经验。结果:符师认为帕金森病的病机为本虚标实,可归纳为肝脾肾亏虚,气血两亏,风、痰、瘀痹阻脉络,强调治病求本,用药独具匠心,彰显个人特色,坚持以人为本,做到有的放矢,效如桴鼓。结论:符为民教授对帕金森病的病因病机、辨证思路、治则治法及选方用药的临床经验具有系统化的认识,具有鲜明特色,其临床学术经验值得推广。Objective:To summarize the clinical experience and characteristics of Professor FU Weimin,a wellknown expert in traditional Chinese medicine in Jiangsu Province,in treating Parkinson’s disease.Method:Through studying with the teacher,organize FU Shi’s diagnosis and treatment of Parkinson’s disease medical records,explain FU Shi’s clinical treatment of Parkinson’s disease based on the principle of“holistic concept”and“seeking the root of the disease”,based on the essence of the original experience.Result:Master FU believes that the pathogenesis of Parkinson’s disease is based on deficiency but not true,which can be summarized as deficiency of liver,spleen and kidney,deficiency of both qi and blood,wind,phlegm,and blood stasis blocking the veins.Personal characteristics,adhere to people-oriented,achieve a targeted,effective effect.Conclusion:Professor FU Weimin has a systematic understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of Parkinson’s disease,differentiation of symptoms,treatment and treatment methods,and clinical experience in selecting prescriptions and drugs.His clinical experience is worthy of promotion.
