针刺通督醒神穴结合rTMS治疗中风后意识障碍60例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨针刺通督醒神穴结合rTMS(重复经颅磁刺激)治疗中风后意识障碍的临床疗效。方法:将60例中风后意识障碍的患者,随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。治疗组给予针刺通督醒神穴结合rTMS治疗,对照组给予西医常规治疗,1次/d,6次/周,2周为1疗程,治疗2个疗程。在治疗后分别观察2组患者的有效率、格拉斯哥评分(GCS)、并发症发生率的变化,并对2组临床疗效进行评价。结果:治疗后,治疗组有效率高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义。2组患者治疗后在GCS评分、并发症发生率改善方面均有所提高,但治疗组改善优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:针刺通督醒神穴结合rTMS对改善中风后意识障碍有较好的疗效。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture at Tongdu Xingshen acupoint combined with rTMS(repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation)in the treatment of consciousness disturbance after stroke.Method:Sixty patients with post-stroke consciousness disorder were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given acupuncture at Tongdu Xingshen acupoint combined with rTMS treatment,and the control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment,1 time per day,6 times per week,2 weeks as 1 course of treatment and 2 courses of treatment.After treatment,the effective rate,Glasgow score(GCS),and changes in complication rate of the two groups were observed respectively,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.Results:After treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.After treatment,the two groups of patients improved in GCS score and complication rate improvement,but the improvement in the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion:Acupuncture at Tongdu Xingshen acupoint combined with rTMS has a good effect on improving consciousness disturbance after stroke.
