摘　　要：目的:观察消肿利水外敷散治疗妇科恶性肿瘤腹水的疗效。方法:选取收治医院的符合纳入标准的妇科恶性肿瘤伴有腹水的患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组予以西医常规治疗,实验组在对照组基础上加用消肿利水外敷散,观察两组患者的腹水控制情况、中医症候积分以及生活质量。结果:实验组在腹水疗效、中医症候积分以及生活质量等方面均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消肿利水外敷散能有效控制腹水,改善临床症状。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Xiaozhong Lishui External Application Powder in the treatment of gynecological malignant tumor ascites.Methods:Sixty patients with gynecological malignant tumors and ascites who met the inclusion criteria in hospitals were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,and the experimental group was given Xiaozhong Lishui topical powder on the basis of the control group,and the ascites control status,TCM syndrome score and quality of life of the two groups were observed.Results:The experimental group was better than the control group in terms of ascites curative effect,TCM syndrome score and quality of life,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaozhong Lishui external application powder can effectively control ascites and improve clinical symptoms.
