穴位按摩联合自制中药脐贴治疗小儿泄泻伤食证60例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察穴位按摩联合自制中药脐贴治疗小儿泄泻伤食证的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年9月至2020年1月芜湖市中医医院儿科门诊就诊的泄泻伤食证患儿120例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各60例。治疗组使用穴位按摩联合自制中药脐贴,对照组口服双歧杆菌四联活性菌、蒙脱石散。两组常规治疗相同,均以3d为1个疗程,对比两组治疗总有效率、临床症状改善时间、中医症候积分改善及不良反应情况。结果:观察组总有效率为95%,高于对照组的75%(P<0.05),具有统计学差异;观察组中医各项症状积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组临床症状改善时间相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未出现不良反应,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:穴位按摩联合自制中药脐贴可以有效缓解泄泻伤食证患儿的临床症状,疗效显著,方法简单易行,且无不良反应,值得临床应用和推广。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupoint massage combined with self-made traditional Chinese medicine umbilical paste in treating children with diarrhea and food injury syndrome.Methods:From September 2019 to January 2020,120 children with diarrhea injury and food syndrome were selected from the Pediatric Clinic of Wuhu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table,with 60 cases in each group.The treatment group used acupoint massage combined with self-made traditional Chinese medicine umbilical paste,and the control group received oral administration of Bifidobacterium quadruple active bacteria and montmorillonite powder.The conventional treatments of the two groups are the same,with 3 days as a course of treatment,and the total effective rate of treatment,the time of clinical symptom improvement,the improvement of TCM symptom score and the adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95%,which was higher than 75%of the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically different;the scores of all symptoms of TCM in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was a statistically significant difference in the improvement time of clinical symptoms between the two groups(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint massage combined with self-made traditional Chinese medicine umbilical paste can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of children with diarrhea and food syndrome.The curative effect is obvious,the method is simple and easy,and there is no adverse reaction.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
