摘　　要：马哲民是我国著名的经济学家、社会学家、教育学家和社会活动家,是中国民主同盟老一辈卓越领导人之一。纵观他一生所从事的高等教育事业,可以清晰地总结出四大特色,即始终坚持马克思主义在高等教育事业中的指导地位、坚持中国共产党在高等教育事业的领导政策、坚持理论与实际相结合的原则、坚持团结协作和务实的工作作风。马哲民对中南财经政法大学乃至中国高等教育事业做出了重要贡献,他坚持马克思主义、追求真理、团结协作、务实的精神值得我们学习。Ma Zhemin is a well-known economist,sociologist,educator,and social activist in China.He is one of the outstanding leaders of the older generation of China Democratic League.Throughout his higher education career,we can clearly clear out the four characteristics,that is,always adhering to the guiding position of Marxism in higher education,adhering to the CPC s leadership policy in higher education,adhering to the principle of combining theory with practice,and adhering to unity and cooperation and pragmatic work style.Ma Zhemin has made great contributions to the higher education in China,especially to Zhongnan University of Finance and Economics.His spirit of adhering to Marxism,the pursuit of truth,unity and cooperation,and pragmatism is worth studying.
