重大疫情背景下大学社会责任的理性反思

摘　　要：大学在疫情治理中的社会责任重大。大学从人才培养、科学研究和社会服务等方面对重大疫情治理起到了积极作用。对大学在疫情治理中的社会责任进行反思可以发现:现代大学办学制度体系和人才培养模式与国家战略发展要求存在差距;现代大学内部治理能力弱,限制了大学的学术创造、科学研究;大学的社会参与程度不高,未能完全彰显大学的社会服务责任等问题。在反思大学社会责任的基础上,以疫情治理为契机,坚持大学的学术性本质,对大学人才培养、科学研究和社会服务等方面的社会责任进行探索,以建设中国特色大学。Universities have great social responsibilities in the epidemic governance.They have played a positive role in the governance of major epidemics from the aspects of personnel training,scientific research and social services.A reflection on the university s social responsibility in epidemic governance can be found that there is a gap between the modern university school system and talent training model and the national strategic development requirements;the weak internal governance capabilities of modern universities limits their academic creativity and scientific research;the degree of social participation in university is not high,make it fail to fully demonstrate the university s social service responsibilities and so on.Based on the reflection of university social responsibility,we should take the epidemic governance as an opportunity and adhere to the academic nature of the university,explore the social responsibilities of university personnel training,scientific research and social services,to build a university with Chinese characteristic.
