摘 要:基于消除射频功放非线性效应产生谐波分量的目的,采用了一种数字信号处理的谐波消除方法代替传统滤波器滤除。该方法在带外谐波生成频点发射一个训练信号,将训练信号和基带信号通过功放模型求得谐波消除参数,再将两个信号经过谐波消除算法模型求得反谐波信号,使反谐波信号与谐波信号进行抵消。通过在硬件平台上的实验,得出该方法能够灵活抑制任意频段的谐波,并且可将功率放大器的二次谐波降低19dB。In order to eliminate the harmonic caused by nonlinear effect of RF power amplifier,a harmonic elimination method by digital signal processing is used instead of the traditional filter.Via this method,a training signal is transmitted at the frequency point of out of band harmonic generation.The training signal and baseband signal are used to obtain the harmonic elimination parameters through the power amplifier model,and then the two signals are used to obtain the anti harmonic signal through the harmonic elimination algorithm model,so that the anti harmonic signal and the harmonic signal are set off.Through the experiment on the hardware platform,it is concluded that this method can flexibly suppress the harmonic of any frequency band and reduce the second harmonic of the power amplifier by 19 dB.
