摘 要:光模块因其实现光电转换功能,而在当今整个光通信网络中起着至关重要的作用。根据100G光模块协议规范及设计标准,介绍了一种100G QSFP28 CWDM4光收发模块的设计方案,分析了其工作原理,并在传统BOX接收端设计方案的基础上提出了一种基于COB技术的接收端设计方案,并通过测试验证了该方案的可行性。优化和测试的结果表明,基于COB技术的接收端设计方案可行,且具有较好的灵敏度和滞回,在工作温区灵敏度优于-11.5 dB,其各项性能指标符合协议的标准,能够满足100G以太网的传输需求。Optical module plays an important role in the whole information network because of its realization of photoelectric conversion function.According to 100G optical module protocol specification and design standards,this paper introduces a design scheme of 100G QSFP28 CWDM4 optical transceiver module,analyzes its working principle,and proposes a design scheme of receiving end based on COB technology based on the design scheme of traditional BOX technology.The results of optimization and testing show that the receiver design based on COB technology is feasible and has good sensitivity and hysteresis,and the sensitivity is better than-11.5 dB in the operating temperature zone.Its performance indicators are in line with the protocol standards,and can meet the transmission requirements of 100G Ethernet.
