摘  要:为了改善飞达压纸机构的工作寿命,本文提出利用非圆齿轮摆杆机构代替压脚凸轮机构。其间通过UG建立给纸机压脚凸轮机构三维模型,并在ADAMS中进行运动学分析,得到压脚凸轮机构摆杆角位移曲线,利用纸机压脚凸轮机构凸轮位移运动规律,反求非圆齿轮节曲线;齿廓数学模型建立后,开发齿廓生成软件生成齿廓,利用三维软件建立非圆齿轮摆杆机构的三维模型,利用ADAMS完成运动学仿真并得到摆杆位移运动规律。研究表明,摆杆的角位移曲线与凸轮机构中的摆杆角位移曲线对比,二者基本一致,此外,在相同条件下,非圆齿轮表面接触力比凸轮滚子表面接触力减小了40%,验证了该设计的正确性和实用性。In order to improve the working life of the feeder paper pressing mechanism,this paper proposed to re⁃place the presser foot cam mechanism with a non-circular gear swing lever mechanism.In the meantime,a three-dimensional model of the presser foot cam mechanism of the paper feeder was established through UG,and kinematics analysis was carried out in ADAMS,and the angular displacement curve of the swing rod of the presser foot cam mechanism was obtained,the non-circular gear pitch curve was reversed by using the cam displacement movement law of the paper machine presser foot cam mechanism;after the mathematical model of the tooth profile was estab⁃lished,the tooth profile generation software was developed to generate the tooth profile,and the 3D software was used to establish the 3D model of the non-circular gear pendulum mechanism,and the ADAMS was used to complete the kinematics simulation and obtain the displacement motion law of the pendulum rod.The research shows that compar⁃ing the angular displacement curve of the pendulum rod with that of the cam mechanism,the two are basically the same,in addition,under the same conditions,the non-circular gear surface contact force was 40%less than the cam roller surface contact force,which verified the correctness and practicability of the design.
