摘　　要：科技成果转化工作是科学技术转化为经济效益的最重要环节。本文分析了河南省农业科学院在科技成果转化工作中的主要做法和问题,并从政府主管部门角度提出了合理建议。当前,政府主管部门要制定和出台相关激励政策,加快推进科技成果转化。The transformation of scientific and technological achievements is the most important link in the transfor⁃mation of science and technology into economic benefits.This paper analyzed the main methods and problems in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of the Henan Academy of Agricultural Sciences,and put forward reasonable suggestions from the perspective of government authorities.At present,the competent government departments must formulate and issue relevant incentive policies to accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
