摘  要:电子束与复合靶作用发生韧致辐射是一个复杂的过程,为优化产生X射线的品质,需要详细研究不同条件下电子束与复合靶的作用规律,本文从粒子与物质相互作用理论出发,应用蒙特卡罗模拟程序Fluka研究9 MeV加速器X射线转换靶的设计问题。结合9 MeV电子直线加速器转换靶的实际设计参数,设计高、低原子序数不同组合顺序的复合靶,并模拟分析9 MeV电子束与复合靶作用的剂量场分布、能谱分布、角分布以及漏电子情况等,通过对电子束与不同组合顺序复合靶作用研究,给出不同组合顺序与剂量场分布、能谱分布、角分布及漏电子等的关系与规律,并对能谱的硬化效果进一步分析。同时对部分模拟结果进行了实验验证。结果表明,复合靶中不同靶材的组合顺序对产生光子的能谱、电子能量漏率和角分布等都有一定影响,是复合靶设计时需要考虑的因素之一。The toughness radiation of electron beam on compound target is a complex process.It is necessary to investigate the action of the electron beam and compound target under different conditions for optimizing the quality of X-ray production.Based on the theory of particle and material interaction,the design of structure for X-ray conversion target of accelerator was investigated by the Monte Carlo method’s Fluka software simulation.In accordance with the actual design parameters of the 9 MeV electron linear accelerator conversion target,the composite targets with different combination sequences of high and low atomic numbers were designed.The dosage field distribution,energy spectrum distribution and leakage electron of 9 MeV electron beam bombarding composite target were simulated and analyzed.Through the simulations of the combined target effect of the electron beam and different combination sequences,the relationships of different combination sequences and dose field distributions,energy spectrum distributions,angular distributions and leakage electron spectrometry were revealed,and the hardening effect of the energy spectrum is further analyzed.To confirm the reliability,parts of the relevant simulations were verified by experiments.The results show that the combined sequence of different targets in the compound target has some influences on the energy spectrum,electron energy leakage rate and angular distribution of photons,which is one of the factors to consider while designing composite targets.
