摘　　要：[目的/意义]中国的经济、科技水平已经发生了革命性变化,因此,中国科技情报工作实践的发展战略应该适应新时代的要求。[方法/过程]从情报视角出发,归纳了对情报工作的认识和对世界科技、经济、国际关系的判断。[结果/结论]提出了新科技阶段垄断趋势下,情报工作的重点是面向经济主战场的发展情报,并给出了未来大国摩擦加剧背景下,科技发展和社会治理的战略判断。[Purpose/significance]Revolutionary changes have taken place in China’s economy and science and technology level.Therefore,the development strategy of China’s scientific and technological intelligence work practice should meet the requirements of the new era.[Method/process]From this perspective,this paper summarizes the understanding of intelligence work and the judgment of world science and technology,economy and international relations.[Results/conclusion]Under the situation of market economy failure in the new stage of science and technology,the focus of intelligence work is the development intelligence oriented to the main economic battlefield,and gives the strategy of science and technology development and social governance under the background of comprehensive great power collide in the future judge.
