摘 要:为解决特高压并联电抗器等大型油浸式并联电抗器铁心振动数据无法直接测量的问题,基于特高压并联电抗器等效模型开展试验,研究了大型油浸式并联电抗器内外部振动测点数据的相关性问题。首先在特高压并联电抗器等效模型铁心和油箱外壁分别布置若干振动传感器;通过施加8种不同运行电压,获取了相应运行状态下电抗器内外部测点的振动信号。然后比较分析了皮尔森相关系数、欧氏距离倒数和频域置信因子3种相关性指标在振动相关性分析方面的效果;选择不同电压等级下的欧氏距离倒数作为相关性评价依据。最后据此分析了电抗器外壁测点与内部铁心测点之间振动信号的相关性,提出了电抗器内外部振动测点间的对应规律,并为油浸式并联电抗器外部振动测点的选择提出了建议,有利于提高基于振动信号的油浸式并联电抗器在线监测与故障诊断的准确性。As the core vibration data of large oil immersed shunt reactors such as UHV shunt reactors cannot be measured directly,this paper studied the correlation between the internal and external vibration data of large oil immersed shunt reactor based on the equivalent model of UHV shunt reactor.Firstly,we arranged several vibration sensors on the core and the outer wall of the oil tank,obtaining the internal and external vibration signals of the reactor with 8 different operating voltages.Then we compared Pearson correlation coefficient,Euclidean distance reciprocal and frequency domain assurance criterion in the vibration correlation analysis,and selected Euclidean distance reciprocal under different voltage levels as the correlation evaluation basis.Finally,we analyzed the correlation between the external and internal measuring points of the reactor,and put forward the corresponding law between the external and internal measuring points of the reactor and suggestions for the selection of the external vibration measuring points for large oil immersed shunt reactor.Thereof,it helps to improve the on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis accuracy of oil immersed shunt reactor based on vibration signal.
