摘 要:MicroRNA是一种18~22 nt的内源性非编码RNA,在植物的诸多代谢途径中起到调控作用,其中,miR156家族是植物生长发育及次生代谢过程重要调控因子。本研究采用C-mii工具,利用药用植物基因组资源数据库提供的长春花转录组数据,对潜在的成熟miR156序列及其前体结构进行识别和预测。最终得到21个miRNA家族的识别结果,共574条miRNA预测序列,其中miR156家族共4个成员,筛选得到2个miR156家族成熟序列和前体序列二级结构,分别命名为Cro-miR156a及Cro-miR156c。MicroRNA is an 18-22 nt endogenous non-coding RNA,which plays a regulatory role in many metabolic pathways in plants.The miR156 family is an important regulator in plant growth and development and secondary metabolic processes.C-mii tool is used to identify and predict the potential mature miR156 sequences and their precursor sequences in C.roseus using the transcriptome data provided from Medicinal Plant Genomics Resource website.21 miRNA families were identified and 574 miRNA prediction sequences were obtained,including 4 members of miR156 family.Two mature and precursor sequences of miR156 family were screened,named Cro-miR156 a and Cro-miR156 c,respectively.
