摘  要:Bacillus siamensis ZCST-1是从大连近海岸石油污染的沙壤中筛选出的一株具有较强排油能力的菌株,主要对其发酵液中分离出来的具有表面活性产物的特性进行了研究。薄层层析和红外光谱分析的结果表明,B.siamensis ZCST-1菌所产的具有排油活性的产物属于脂肽类化合物;实验条件下CMC值为5 mg/L,此时表面张力为27.834 mN/m;在不同温度、pH、矿化度和紫外线照射时长下,该产物均具有较好的稳定性,且在存放6月后仍具有较好的乳化和排油能力。结果表明该菌株的脂肽类产物对后续提高石油采收率方面具有应用价值。The biosurfactant-producing strain,Bacillus siamensis ZCST-1 was recently isolated from oil-contaminated sandy soil in Dalian coast.The biosurfactant separated from the fermentative production by strain ZCST-1 was investigated and characterized.Combination of TLC and infrared spectroscopy techniques confirmed that the oil-discharged component produced by strain ZCST-1 is lipopeptide compounds.When the critical micelle concentration(CMC)of the oil-discharged component was 5 mg/L,the surface tension could reach 27.834 mN/m.The oil-discharged component performed excellent stabilities against pH,temperature,salinity and UV.The biosurfactant could keep the emulsifying activity after placed at room temperature for 6 months.The results showed that the lipopeptide products of the strain had application potential in oil recovery.
