摘  要:研究了人参皂苷Rb1经金属离子催化转化后,脱水生成高活性人参稀有皂苷Rk1和Rg5的实验条件。结果表明,最佳反应条件为Fe3+在无水乙醇溶剂中,于40℃、Fe3+浓度0.4 mol/L、底物质量分数1.8%的条件下反应15 h。在此条件下,27 g PPD制备得到17.4 g的Rk1和Rg5粗品,产物得率为64.5%。经HPLC检测,产物中Rk1和Rg5的质量分数为72.1%,其中Rk1占14.7%,Rg5占57.4%,质量比为1∶4。Ginsenoside Rb1 was dehydrated to produce highly active rare ginsenosides Rk1 and Rg5 in anhydrous organic solvents catalyzed by metal ions.The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were as follows:Fe3+reacted for 15 h in anhydrous ethanol solvent at 40℃,Fe3+concentration of 0.4 mol/L,and substrate mass fraction of 1.8%.Under the conditions,17.4 g Rk1 and Rg5 crude products were obtained from 27 g PPD,the yield of which was 64.5%.The mass fraction of RK1 and Rg5 in the product was 72.1%,in which RK1 accounted for 14.7%,Rg5 accounted for 57.4%,and the mass ratio was 1∶4.
