摘  要:为提高聚丙烯腈(PAN)超滤膜的抗污染性,以丙烯腈与衣康酸为共聚单体,采用自由基沉淀聚合,合成了不同衣康酸含量的P(AN-co-IA)共聚物,采用沉浸凝胶相转化法制备亲水性的P(AN-co-IA)超滤膜。通过红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜、水接触角及超滤实验考察了衣康酸质量分数对P(AN-co-IA)超滤膜的形貌、亲水性、渗透通量和抗污染性的影响。随着衣康酸质量分数的增大,P(AN-co-IA)膜的亲水性和渗透通量逐渐提高。衣康酸质量分数为20%时P(AN-co-IA)膜的纯水通量为197.96 L/(m^2·h),是纯PAN膜的3.39倍,牛血清蛋白的截留率为94.55%,溶菌酶的截留率为92.96%。随着衣康酸质量分数的增大,总污染指数逐渐减小,通量回复率逐渐增大,P(AN-co-IA)超滤膜的抗污染性增强。A series of copolymers P(AN-co-IA)with different IA contents were synthesized by free radical precipitation polymerization using acrylonitrile(AN)and itaconic acid(IA)as monomers.P(AN-co-IA)UF membranes were prepared by L-S phase method with the aim of improving the antifouling properties of PAN ultrafiltration(UF)membrane,The effects of IA content on the morphology,hydrophilicity,permeation flux,pollution resistance and mechanical properties of the P(AN-co-IA)UF membrane was evaluated by FT-IR,SEM,water contact angle and ultrafiltration experiments.The results showed that the hydrophilicity,permeation flux and antifouling property of P(AN-co-IA)membranes increased with the increase of IA content.The pure water flux of P(AN-co-IA)membrane with a 20%IA content was 197.96 L/(m^2·h),which was 3.39 times of the pure PAN membrane.The retention rate of the membrane to BSA and lysozyme was 94.55%and 92.96%,respectively.With the increase of IA content,the antifouling index DRT of membrane was gradually decreased and FRR was increased,confirming that the antifouling performance of P(AN-co-IA)UF membrane was improved.
