摘　　要：Ca^2+在植物生长发育中是重要的第二信使,几乎介导了植物生长发育的全部过程.钙依赖蛋白激酶(CDPKs)是植物中重要的钙传感蛋白,钙依赖蛋白激酶是一类大的蛋白激酶家族,是典型的苏氨酸/丝氨酸类蛋白激酶,极大范围存在于各种原生动物和植物当中,参与多种生命活动的调控,它与钙传感蛋白结合,将钙信号向下游传递并级联放大,从而进行调控植物的生长发育以及胁迫响应.对植物CDPKs的结构、分类及生理功能方面进行介绍,为深入研究CDPKs提供理论基础.Ca^2+ is an important second messenger in plant growth and development,and almost mediates the entire process of plant growth and development.Calcium-dependent protein kinases(CDPKs)are important calcium sensor proteins in plants.Calcium-dependent protein kinases are a large family of protein kinases,which are typical threonine/serine protein kinases.CDPKs exist in a wide range of protozoa and plants and are involved in the regulation of various life activities.CDPKs combine with calcium sensor proteins to transmit downstream calcium signals and cascade amplification,thereby regulating the growth and development of plants and stress responses.In this review,structure,classification and physiological functions of plant CDPKs were introduced,which might provide theoretical foundation for further research of CDPKs.
