摘　　要：目的:探讨鲑鱼降钙素对骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者骨密度、血磷、血钙的影响。方法:选取骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者72例,根据治疗药物的不同分成两组,对照组(n=36)应用骨化三醇胶丸治疗,研究组(n=36)应用鲑鱼降钙素治疗。比较两组疗效、治疗后0、24、48周的骨密度变化及治疗前后血碱性磷酸酶、血磷、血钙、VAS评分。结果:研究组疗效、血碱性磷酸酶及治疗后0、24、48周骨密度均高于对照组;血磷、血钙浓度及VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:鲑鱼降钙素治疗骨质疏松性脊柱骨折疗效较好,可改善骨密度及血磷、血钙浓度。Objective:To investigate the effect of salmon calcitonin on the bone mineral density and the concentrations of blood phosphorus and blood calcium in patients with osteoporotic spinal fractures.Methods:A total of 72 patients with osteoporotic spine fractures were selected and divided into a control group(treated with calcitriol capsules)and a study group(treated with salmon calcitonin)with 36 cases each according to the different treatment methods.The curative effect,the changes in bone density at 0,24,and 48 weeks after treatment,the blood alkaline phosphatase,the concentrations of blood phosphorus and blood calcium and the VAS scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The effective rate,blood alkaline phosphatase and bone mineral density at 0,24,and 48 weeks after treatment were all higher,but the concentrations of blood phosphorus and blood calcium and the VAS scores were lower in the study group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Salmon calcitonin for the treatment of osteoporotic spine fractures is effective and can improve the bone density and the concentrations of blood phosphorus and blood calcium.
