摘　　要：目的:分析胶原蛋白贴敷料联合异维A酸丸治疗重度面部痤疮的有效性和安全性。方法:选取100例重度面部痤疮患者随机分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组仅采取异维A酸丸治疗,观察组采取胶原蛋白贴敷料联合异维A酸丸治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效与不良反应发生的情况。结果:观察组的临床疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组无严重不良反应发生。结论:胶原蛋白贴敷料联合异维A酸丸治疗重度面部痤疮具有较高的疗效和安全性。Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of collagen dressing combined with isotretinoin pill in the treatment of severe facial acne.Methods:One hundred patients with severe facial acne were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 50 cases each.The control group was treated with isotretinoin pill alone,and the observation group with collagen adhesive and isotretinoin pill.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed.Results:The clinical effect was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion:The treatment of severe facial acne with collagen paste combined with isotretinoin acid pill is effective and safe.
