摘　　要：椎体骨折在中老年人群中的发生率较高,多与骨质疏松、创伤等因素有关。癫痫发作也可导致椎体骨折,其原因复杂,症状隐匿,极易误诊或漏诊。本文报告并分析1例癫痫发作致胸、腰椎体压缩性骨折的患者情况,希望引起相关临床医生的关注。Vertebral fracture has a high incidence in the elderly population,which is mostly caused by osteoporosis,trauma and other factors.Epileptic seizure can also lead to vertebral fractures with complicated reasons and hidden symptoms,which are easy to be misdiagnosed or never diagnosed.Here we report a case of thoracic and lumbar vertebral compression fractures caused by epileptic seizure,hoping to attract the attention of relevant clinicians.
