摘　　要：目的为保证项目按期顺利结题提供支持,达到医疗、科研、教学的协调发展,充分调动广大医务人员的科研积极性,同时为医院管理者提供重要的决策参考和依据。方法通过人才培养,加强学术交流,建立严格的科研监督机制,并由科教职能部门牵头,形成多学科联合研究小组,通过加强学习和培训,全面提高管理人员的综合素质。结果通过医院一系列措施的实施和重点学科建设,为医院科技工作的发展起到了积极的推动作用。结论临床研究课题进度影响因素是多方面的,科学分析从组织保障、制度建设、人员培训、方案设计、过程监管等环节探索有效的解决办法,取得了明显效果。Objective To solve the problem in order to ensure the project schedule the successful conclusion to provide support to health scientific research,teaching,coordinated development,to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of scientific research of the medical personnel,which can also provide an important reference and basis for the hospital management.Methods It was taken several ways to take the cultivation of talents,strengthen academic exchanges and establish a strict scientific supervision mechanism.It was improved the overall management quality of department of science and education.Science and technology department developed the formation of multi-disciplinary joint research group through learning and training.Results Science and Technology department has played a positive role in promoting the development of hospital by the implementation of a series of measures and the construction of key disciplines.Conclusion There are many factors have affected the progress of clinical research projects.Scientific analysis has achieved obvious results by exploring effective solutions from organizational guarantee,system construction,personnel training,scheme design,process supervision and so on.
