摘　　要：目的研究鼻内镜下鼻腔解剖术治疗鼻腔内翻性乳头状瘤患者的疗效及满意度。方法纳入本院2016年10月—2019年10月期间72例鼻腔内翻性乳头状瘤患者,采取分组方式进行对比研究,以“奇偶数字表”将纳入主体分为两组,对比组36例采取鼻腔解剖术治疗,研究组36例实施鼻内镜下鼻腔解剖术治疗,对比治疗效果、满意度。结果研究组治疗总有效率(94.44%)高于对比组(77.78%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗满意度(91.67%)高于对比组(72.22%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予鼻腔内翻性乳头状瘤患者鼻内镜下鼻腔解剖术治疗,治疗真实效果显著,患者满意度较高,可在鼻腔内翻性乳头状瘤患者临床治疗中大力推广与应用。Objective To study the efficacy and satisfaction of endoscopic nasal anatomy in the treatment of patients with inverted nasal papilloma.Methods Seventy-two patients with inverted nasal papilloma from October 2016 to October 2019 were included in our hospital.The group was used for a comparative study.The subjects were divided into two groups using the"parity number table".The comparison group was 36 cases were treated with nasal anatomy,and 36 cases of the study group underwent nasal endoscopic nasal anatomy,and the treatment effect and satisfaction were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group(94.44%)was higher than that in the comparison group(77.78%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the treatment satisfaction of the study group(91.67%)was higher than that in the comparison group(72.22%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nasal endoscopic nasal dissection is given to patients with nasal inverted papilloma.The treatment has significant real results and high patient satisfaction.It can be widely promoted in clinical treatment of patients with nasal inverted papilloma.
