PDCA循环管理方法控制口腔种植医院感染分析

摘　　要：目的分析PDCA循环管理方法对口腔种植手术患者医院感染控制效果。方法选择2018年10月—2019年10月本院收治的行口腔种植术患者126例作为研究对象。使用随机数字表法将受试者分为对照组和试验组,各63例。对照组实施常规感染控制,试验组实施PDCA管理模式进行感染控制。统计两组患者口腔种植后医院感染的发生率及较医护人员手消毒合格率、器械消毒合格率及空气消毒合格率,此外比较两组口腔种植感染管理的护理满意度。结果试验组感染率明显低于对照组,且空气、器械及医护人员手消毒合格率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组口腔种植感染管理的护理满意度明显较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环应用于口腔种植术后感染预防与控制可有效降低患者术后感染的发生率,提高了空气、器械及医护人员手消毒合格率及护理工作的满意度。Objective To analyze the effect of PDCA cycle management on nosocomial infection in patients underwent oral implant surgery.Method 126 patients admitted to the hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group with 63 cases each by random number table.The control group was carried out routine infection control,while the experimental group was carried out PDCA management mode for infection control.The incidence of nosocomial infection after oral implantation and the qualified rate of hand disinfection,instrument disinfection and air disinfection in the two groups were calculated.In addition,nursing satisfaction of oral implant infection management was compared between the two groups.Results The infection rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the qualified rate of air,instruments and hand disinfection of medical staff was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle in the prevention and control of postoperative infection after oral implantation can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative infection in patients,improve the qualified rate of air,instruments and hand disinfection of medical staff and the satisfaction of nursing work.
