不同剂量右美托咪定在下肢手术中的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析不同剂量右美托咪定辅助低位硬膜外麻醉在骨科下肢手术中的临床效果。方法将2017年2月—2019年8月医院收治的骨科下肢手术患者共有75例作为观察对象,随机分为a组、b组和c组,每组各25例:分别给予不同剂量的右美托咪定进行镇静,观察患者的镇静评分以及不良反应。结果T0时,3组患者的Ramsay镇静评分的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);T1、T2时,c组的Ramsay镇静评分高于a组、b组,b组的Ramsay镇静评分高于a组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);c组患者的不良反应发生率(44.0%)高于a组(0.00%)、b组(12.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),a组、b组不良发育发生率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采取0.6μg/kg的右美托咪定溶液可取得满意的镇静效果,同时可减少不良反应的发生,兼具较高的有效性及安全性。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of different doses of dexmedetomidine in the operation of lower limbs in orthopedics.Methods From Feburary 2017 to August 2019,75 patients with lower extremity surgery in orthopedic department were observed,Randomly divided into a,b and c groups,Each group of 25 cases:different doses of dexmedetomidine for sedation,The sedation score and adverse reactions were observed.Results At T0 time,there was no significant difference in sedation scores between the three groups,P>0.05,At T1~T2 time,the Ramsay sedation score of the c group was higher than that of the a group and the b group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions(44.0%)in c group was higher than that in a group(0.00%)and b group(12.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse development in a group and b group(P>0.05).Conclusion Adopting 0.6μg/kg dexmedetomidine solution can achieve satisfactory sedation effect,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and have high efficacy and safety.
