中西医结合治疗创伤性慢性跟骨骨髓炎的效果

摘　　要：目的创伤性慢性跟骨骨髓炎中西医结合治疗的临床效果。方法选择在科室进行创伤性慢性跟骨骨髓炎治疗的患者共计88例进行调研,此次调查时间为2018年11月—2019年5月。将参与调查的患者分为2组,每组44例。对比组采用传统西医常规治疗方式。试验组采用中医与西医结合治疗方式。分析两组最终的治疗结果。结果对比组WBC水平与试验组相比较高,ESR水平与试验组相比较高,CRP水平与试验组相比较高,中性粒细胞与试验组相比较高,组间差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在创伤性慢性跟骨骨髓炎治疗中,可在西医常规支持治疗以及清除术等常规治疗基础上联合中医五味消毒饮进行共同治疗,应用效果显著。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of the treatment of traumatic chronic calcaneus osteomyelitis.Methods A total of 88 patients with traumatic chronic calcaneus osteomyelitis in our department were selected for investigation.The investigation time was from November 2018 to May 2019.The patients were divided into two groups,44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional western medicine.The experimental group was treated with the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.The final treatment results of the two groups were analyzed.Results The WBC level of the control group was higher than that of the experimental group,the ESR level was higher than that of the experimental group,the CRP level was higher than that of the experimental group,and the neutrophils were higher than that of the experimental group.There were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of traumatic chronic calcaneus osteomyelitis,it can be combined with traditional Chinese medicine Wuwei Xiaodu Yin on the basis of Western medicine routine support treatment and clearing operation.The application effect is significant.
