摘　　要：目的在初产妇产后康复护理过程中,应用康复治疗仪联合形体恢复训练与子宫按摩,观察实际应用效果。方法选择2018年1月—2018年12月在医院分娩的初产妇128名作为研究对象,进行随机分组,每组各64名。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用产后物理治疗仪联合形体训练。比较两组子宫复旧情况及并发症发生率。结果观察组产后宫缩痛持续时间、恶露持续时间及子宫降入骨盆的时间均明显短于对照组;恶露量和产后子宫复旧不良明显少于对照组,产后尿潴留发生率要较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在初产妇产后康复干预护理过程中,康复治疗仪联合形体恢复训练可获得较好效果,有利于子宫复旧,并能够降低产褥期并发症发生率。Objective To explore the application effect of rehabilitation therapy instrument combined with body recovery training and uterine massage in the rehabilitation nursing of primipara.Methods 128 primipara delivered in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,64 in each group.The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given postpartum physical therapy combined with body training.The uterine involution and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The duration of postpartum pain,lochia and the time of uterus descending into pelvis in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group;the amount of lochia and the poor recovery of postpartum uterus were significantly less than those in the control group,and the incidence of postpartum urine retention was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of rehabilitation therapy instrument combined with body training is better in the rehabilitation intervention and nursing of primipara,which can promote the recovery of puerpera,help the uterus to recover,and reduce the incidence of puerperal complications.
