摘　　要：混凝土屋面的防水,尤其是非外露屋面的窜水、难以检修等问题,一直着困扰着业主及设计。本文通过一个非上人混凝土屋面案例,对屋面原设计进行了分析,并从防水的角度提出了两个改进设计方案,以供同行参考。Maintenance is difficult for the waterproofing of concrete roof,especially water channeling of unexposed roof,and this have plagued the owners and the design all the time.This article,through a case of non-accessible concrete roof,analyzes the original design of the roof,and puts forward two improved design plans from waterproofing perspective for reference of industrial peers.
