摘 要:南海西部W油田储层埋深浅、岩石胶结差,油田生产中后期由于地层压力下降、含水上升、生产压差增大等因素导致出砂问题日益突出,常规机械防砂方法无法满足细粉砂挡砂要求。针对W油田储层特点开展了化学防砂工艺研究与室内性能评价实验,研发了HWR新型化学防砂固砂材料。HWR新型化学防砂固砂材料已在W油田X1井取得成功应用,施工后产液能力恢复至出砂前水平,井口产液未见出砂,具有较好地推广应用价值。W oilfileld in the western South China Sea is characterized by shallow buried-depth and poor rock cementation.In the middle and late production stages of oilfield production,sand production problem has become increasingly prominent due to formation pressure drop,water-cut rise and drawdown pressure increase.However,conventional mechanical methods are hard to meet the requirements of fine silt sand control.In order to tackle the problem,chemical sand control technology researches and laboratory performance evaluation experiment were carried out based on the reservoir characteristics of targeted oilfield,and HWR new chemical sand control material was developed.HWR new chemical sand control material has been successfully applied in Well X1 of W oilfield,with the liquid production capacity recovered to the level before sand production and no sanding at the wellhead,proving that the HWR new chemical sand control material has great promotion and application value.
