清脑复神液在头昏伴失眠患者中的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中成药清脑复神液治疗患者头昏失眠症状的效果。方法选取2018年2月至2020年3月本院就诊的头昏伴失眠患者60例作为研究对象,根据就诊号的奇偶分为观察组和对照组,奇数为对照组,偶数为观察组,各30例。两组患者均采用相同的治疗原则和护理方式,观察组患者在对照组患者治疗的基础上口服清脑复神液,早晚各1次,每次20 mL,比较两组患者治疗前后睡眠评分、治疗效果和生活质量。结果治疗前,两组患者均存在一定程度的失眠现象,且两组患者失眠程度比较差异无统计学意义,治疗后,观察组患者睡眠程度明显改善(P<0.05);观察组患者失眠和头昏的治疗效果优于对照组,治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者生活质量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论头昏伴失眠的患者采用清脑复神液进行治疗,可明显改善头昏和失眠的症状,提高生活质量。Objective To observe the effect of qingnaofushen liquid,a Chinese patent medicine,in the treatment of dizziness and insomnia.Methods 60 patients with dizziness and insomnia who came to our hospital from February 2018 to March 2020 were included in the study,which were divided into even number observation group and odd numbercontrol group according to the parity of visit number,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups adopted the same treatment principles and nursing methods.The patients in observation group took qingnaofushen liquid on the basis of the same treatment,once in the morning and once in the evening,each time 20 ml,sleep score,treatment effect and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before the treatment,there was a certain degree of insomnia in both groups,and there was no significant difference in the degree of Insomnia between the two groups.After the treatment,the degree of sleep in the observation group improved significantly(P<0.05).The treatment effect of insomnia and dizziness in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the effective rate was higher(P<0.05).The quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingnaofushen liquid can obviously improve the symptoms of dizziness and insomnia and improve the quality of life.
