金刚藤糖浆联合左氧氟沙星治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果与不良反应观察

摘　　要：目的分析金刚藤糖浆联合左氧氟沙星治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果与不良反应。方法选取2018年3月至2020年3月本院收治的90例慢性盆腔炎患者,采取随机数字表法分为两组,各45例。对照组给予左氧氟沙星治疗,观察组给予金刚藤糖浆与左氧氟沙星联合治疗,观察两组临床效果、治疗前后症状评分及不良反应。结果观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者临床症状评分比较差异无统计学意义,治疗后,观察组临床症状评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性盆腔炎采取金刚藤糖浆联合左氧氟沙星治疗,可有效改善患者临床症状,且不良反应较少,安全性高,临床效果显著。Objective To analyze the clinical effects and adverse reactions of Jingangten syrup combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 90 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group were treated with levofloxacin,and the observation group were treated with Jingangten Syrup and levofloxacin.The clinical effects,symptom scores and adverse reactions before and after treatment were observed.Results The clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the clinical symptom score between the two groups.After treatment,the clinical symptom score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with Jingangten syrup combined with levofloxacin can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,with fewer adverse reactions,high safety and significant clinical effect.
