摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在优化高校整体科研资源有效配置,以提高高校图书馆服务科研效率。[方法/过程]基于DEA方法建立评价指标,对湖北省16所本科院校图书馆进行面向科研服务效率的评价分析,挖掘其中存在的问题。[结果/结论]湖北省高校图书馆存在投入冗余量大、产出量少、科研转化效率低等问题,并针对这些问题提出改革高校经费拨款机制、完善科研绩效管理、推动移动信息平台等相应的改进建议。[Purpose/significance]The paper intends to allocate overall scientific resources effectively and improve the research service efficiency of university libraries.[Method/process]DEA method is applied in establishing evaluation index system so as to evaluate and analyze the scientific research service efficiency of 16 undergraduate university libraries in Hubei province and explore the existing problems.[Result/conclusion]It is found that large investment surplus small output and low efficiency of research transformation are the main problems in university libraries in Hubei.Modified suggestions are put forwards such as reforming the funding mechanism of universities improving the management of scientific research performance and promoting the mobile information platform.
