摘  要:从2018年12月11日至2019年4月15日,取样25次共250个顶芽,对大马士革玫瑰(Rosa damascene Mill.)不同时期芽的形态特征进行石蜡切片观察。结果表明,大马士革玫瑰花芽分化开始于冬春交替的1月底,3月底至4月初分化完成,历时2个月左右。其花芽分化可分为6个时期,即生殖生长锥分化期、萼片原基分化期、花瓣原基分化期、雄蕊原基分化期、雌蕊原基分化期和分化完成期。花芽在5℃时开始分化,10~15℃分化速率加快,15~20℃完成分化。This study was conducted from December 11,2018 to April 15,2019.A total of 250 apex buds were sampled.The morpho⁃logical characteristics of buds of Damascus rose at different periods were observed by paraffin section.The statistical results showed that the differentiation of rose bud in Damascus began at the end of January,and completed from the end of march to the beginning of April,lasting about 2 months.The flower bud differentiation can be divided into six stages,namely,the cone differentiation stage of reproductive growth,sepal primordial differentiation stage,petal primordial differentiation stage,stamen primordial differentiation stage,pistil primordial differentiation stage and differentiation completion stage.Flower buds began to differentiate at 5℃,the differ⁃entiation rate was accelerated at 10~15℃,and the differentiation was completed at 15~20℃.
