摘  要:建立了一种QuEChERS结合气相色谱法同时测定柑橘(Citrus reticulata)皮中19种有机磷农药残留的方法。样品经酸化乙腈提取、QuEChERS法净化,火焰光度检测器检测,外标法定量。结果表明,19种有机磷农药在0.050 0~0.500 0μg/mL线性关系良好,相关系数在0.994 1~0.998 9,平均加标回收率为80.4%~100.2%,相对标准偏差为1.2%~4.8%,定量限为0.010 0~0.020 4μg/mL。该方法简便、灵敏度高,适用于柑橘皮中19种有机磷农药残留的测定。To establish a method of QuEChERS combined with GC for detection of the 19 kinds of pesticide residues in Citrus reticula⁃ta peel.The sample were extracted by acidified acetonitrile,purified by QuEChERS method,detected by flame photometric detector and quantified by external standard method.The results showed that the good linear ranges of 19 organophosphorus pesticides were 0.0500~0.5000μg/mL and the correlation coefficients were 0.9941~0.9989.The average recoveries were in the range of 80.4%~100.2%.The relative standard deviations were between 1.2%and 4.8%.The limits of quantification were in range of 0.0100~0.0204μg/mL.The method is simple,sensitive and can be used for determination of 19 organophosphorus pesticides in Citrus reticulata peel.
