摘  要:数字化电能表硬件构造与电子式电能表不同,计量性能也存在明显差异性,通过实验室检测的数字化电能表,挂网运行中仍存在误差超差及长期计量失准的情况,表明现有检测项目及试验方法存在不足之处,无法保证其挂网运行性能。为确保数字化电能表现场运行的准确性和可靠性,从数字化电能表工作原理出发,在现有检测规范的基础上,提出电能计量算法适应性检测项目及相关试验方法,通过试验测试及现场验证表明,提出的检测项目能有效用于评估数字化电能表计量性能,为相关数字化电能表检测规范提供参考,具有一定的实际意义。The hardware structure is difference between the electronic watt-hour meter and the digital input electricity meter,and the measurement performance has obvious differences.The digital input electricity meter detected by the national standard still has large errors and long-term mismeasurement phenomenon in the field,indicating that the existing detection items and test methods have some deficiencies.In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of field operation in digital input electricity meter,this paper starts from working principle of the digital input electricity meter,on the basis of the existing test specification,the detection items and test method are put forward.The test and field running show that the proposed test items can be effectively used to evaluate the measurement performance of digital input electricity meter,and provides a reference for digital input electricity meter testing,which has a certain practical significance.
