摘　　要：在超细涤纶纤维的应用背景下,加强对羊毛精梳针织内衣纱的开发显得尤为重要。文章在介绍原料性能的基础上,从工艺路线、工艺参数设置、主要工序技术关键3个方面入手,研究了超细涤纶羊毛精梳针织内衣纱的生产,探讨了纱线性能测试,以期为技术人员提供有效的借鉴和参考。Under the application background of superfine polyester fiber,it is particularly important to strengthen the development of wool combed knitted inner yarn.On the basis of introducing the raw material performance,the production of superfine polyester wool combed knitted inner yarn is studied in this paper from three aspects,namely process route,process parameter setting and key process technology,and the yarn performance test is discussed in order to provide effective reference for technicians.
